Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to the remote consulting services offered by Régis Montigny-Charbonneau EI (sole trader under the French micro-enterprise scheme), trading as Jing Training, at 61 bis quai de la Pie, 94100 Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, France, SIRET 919 062 430 00021.

2. Nature of the service

Jing Training provides remote advice to help you prepare a training stay in Thailand. Jing Training does not sell travel, flights, accommodation or training sessions. You book and pay for facilities, accommodation and transport yourself.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. VAT: not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The prices displayed when you place your order apply.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank card through Stripe’s secure payment platform when you place your order.

5. Delivery

The service begins after your order with an introductory call and a questionnaire. Deliverables are sent electronically.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date of your order to withdraw without giving a reason. Email contact@jingtraining.com. Your refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method.

If you expressly request that the service start before the withdrawal period ends, and it is fully delivered within that period, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. If the service has only partly been delivered, a proportionate amount remains payable for the work completed.

7. Liability

Advice is based on observations made on a particular date. It is not a substitute for medical advice. Jing Training is not responsible for services provided by the facilities you choose.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law.
