Data collected

• Contact form: first name, email, planned departure date, discipline and message.
• Free guide: first name, email, planned departure date (optional), and registration date and source.
• Orders: payment data processed directly by Stripe.

Purposes and legal bases

Robot protection uses a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address and submission timestamps, without storing the raw IP address.

• Responding to your messages (legitimate interest).
• Sending you the guide and my advice (consent).
• Delivering your order (contract).

Retention period

Three years after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention period applies (invoices: ten years).

Protecting forms against automated submissions is based on legitimate interest. All forms share a limit of 5 submissions per hour per IP address. Submission timestamps only count for one hour; expired fingerprints are removed during subsequent submissions.

Recipients

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties. Technical service providers: Lovable (website hosting), Stripe.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or request data portability by emailing contact@jingtraining.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
